From Interstate 70 Eastbound take the State Street Exit. Turn left at the stop sign, and proceed to the light. At the light, turn left onto State Street. Proceed North approximately 1/2 mile. At the intersection with Adair Avenue (Rt. 146 West) turn left. Travel almost 3/4 mile to Adams Lane (the road to the right at the top of the hill). Take the right onto Adams Lane, and Adams Lane Care Center is a short distance on the right.
From Interstate 70 Westbound take the State Street Exit. Turn right at the stop light onto State Street. Proceed North approximately 1/2 mile. At the intersection with Adair Avenue (Rt. 146 West) turn left. Travel almost 3/4 mile to Adams Lane (the road to the right at the top of the hill). Take the right onto Adams Lane, and Adams Lane Care Center is a short distance on the right.
