From Interstate 70 Westbound take the State Street Exit. Turn right at the stop light onto State Street. Proceed North until the road ends. This is the Taylor Street intersection. Turn left onto Taylor. Willow Haven Nursing Home is a short distance on the left. Be careful not to miss the parking lot entrance.
